Our Team
Team Leader
AREI Project Manager (PM): We employ the highest qualified managers to manage your renovation projects from start to finish. Our PM's has been in the real estate business for over 25 years and is the point of contact throughout your entire stages of the project. The PM is an active investor and will assist and guide you though the difficult challenges that new and seasoned investors face during the financing and renovation of their projects.
Contractor Team
AREI Contractors are experienced members of our team that process many skills including but not limited to carpentry, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, painting, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. We are ready and able to work with a talented team of licensed contractors in their respective area of expertise depending on if it's a standard or extensive renovation project. Funding Team
We understand that some projects may require additional funding to complete. We do have an inhouse member of our team that can assist investors with funding a particular project that meet certain criteria for funding with Private Money Lenders. Not every project is the same.
